Project Details: Hahn Loeser + Parks, LLP, a full service law firm, moved its technology and intellectual property practice to One GOJO Plaza, a newly renovated office building in Akron, OH.

The 20,300 square foot space, designed by CORE Architecture + Design following an in-depth workplace analysis, fits with the industrial landscape of the Akron area.  The workspace is open, with wide windows for natural light.  A Cambridge Architectural LandscapeInteriors system was specified, allowing meeting spaces to be closed off with moveable metal fabric panels that twist on poles. Space Sculpting systems define areas within open interior or exterior space.

Approximately 900 square feet of Cambridge’s Balance metal fabric with J-Hook tension attachment hardware creates the LandscapeInteriors mesh system, which features 55% open area.

The interior décor is a departure from most law firms.  Contemporary art mixes with exposed ductwork, glass walls, distressed metals and accents such as the metal fabric panels. The project won the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), Mid-Atlantic Chapter Bronze Award for Commercial Interiors.
