An East-side luxury apartment rental tower owned by Edison Properties, the 23-story Ludlow offers modern amenities in one of Manhattan’s oldest neighborhoods. Mesh wraps the lobby reception desk and two columns that artistically frame the space. Simple, clean and sophisticated, the mesh is the perfect counterpart to glass, bamboo and terrazzo also used in the lobby design.
