Community Hospital North
Indianapolis, Indiana | Parking Facade
By wrapping around the curved structure, woven metal fabric transforms the garage into a parking sculpture. The mesh prevents daytime sun from heating up car interiors. At night, it comes alive thanks to dramatic exterior lighting while its open design allows light and visibility throughout the interior to promote safety.
"Located at the entrance to the hospital, and visible from the interstate, the parking garage design required a unique and attractive exterior building material. But we needed a product that would also offer ventilation, fall protection and security. Cambridge Architectural’s mesh system exceeded our requirements and expectations."
