Minnesota BioBusiness Center

Rochester, Minnesota | Parking Façade Cladding

Surrounded by world-renown research hubs like the Mayo Clinic and IBM Rochester as well as downtown restaurants and retailers, the center provides a prime operating location for biotechnology and medical device companies. Mesh veils the east and west-facing facades and sleekly dresses up the concrete parking structure. At night, it diffuses light from inside the garage and creates a glow that softens the structure’s look.

"The new parkade is located right on Rochester’s ‘main street,’ among pedestrian-related businesses and other attractions. Cambridge’s material helped to create the perfect aesthetic for such a highly visible building. It’s been a great addition to the city."

Terry Spaeth, City of Rochester
